Any prior medical document the patient would like the doctor to review may be scanned and emailed, faxed, mailed or brought in person to the office. The amount of documentation to be reviewed along with the associated fee will be assessed and discussed with patient. (The cost of service will be determined accordingly to duration spent reviewing documents)
