Dr. Magdalena Swierczewski

Dr. Magdalena Swierczewski was born in Poland and immigrated at a young age with her family to Manhattan, NY, where she has been practicing Internal Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine with an emphasis on Integrative Health and Precision Functional Medicine since 2008. Dr. Swierczewski has several active state licenses, she is licensed to practice in New York, Florida, California, and Hawaii. Dr. Swierczewski does in-office and virtual medical consultations on hormone therapy, peptide therapy, gut health, metabolic and inflammatory disorders, detoxification programs, and other medical services all over the country while being based in New York.

Dr. Swierczewski did her undergraduate and graduate education at the State University of New York at Albany, Columbia University, NY, and New College at Oxford University in England, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, and a Master of Arts in Social History.

Dr. Swierczewski attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed Internal Medicine residency at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Swierczewski is Board Certified from ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) in Internal Medicine, Board Certified in Anti- Aging Medicine and Medical Aesthetics from AAOPM (American Academy of Procedural Medicine), as well as being certified in Peptide Therapy from A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine), and completed Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan Program from Harvard Medical School Executive Education.

Dr Swierczewski is also a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of NY, the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the International Peptide Society.  She is a member of Philanthropic Boards such as the Hamptons Health Society, and also advises on several other medical advisory boards.

Since finishing residency, Dr. Swierczewski has worked as an Academic/Clinical Hospitalist at Mt. Sinai-St. Luke’s Roosevelt Medical Center in NY, as well as an Internist at Hospital for Special Surgery/Weill Cornell, NY, in Perioperative Medicine. Dr. Swierczewski opened her own anti-aging medical practice: B.I.O. -Beauty Inside Out, in 2016.  B.I.O. – Beauty Inside Out was the integration of Western and Eastern Medicine with a goal to optimize health and beauty. In 2019, Dr. Swierczewski was the Director of Anti-Aging Medicine and an Integrative Medicine Specialist in a private medical practice in Long Island, New York. During 2019 she also developed a separate specialty practice, an Anti-aging Regenerative Medical practice in Manhattan. In 2020, Dr. Swierczewski opened her own Anti-aging, Integrative Functional medical practice Dr. Magdalena Swierczewski, Integrative ~ Concierge Medicine in Southampton, New York, where she utilizes her medical expertise to create a 360’ approach to anti-aging and optimize health and wellness for her patients. In 2026 she co-authored an antiaging book, The Death of Aging, A Comprehensive Medical Guide to Living a Longer Healthier Life. Her current focus lies in further development and research in the areas of longevity (extending lifespan and healthspan), precision medicine, regenerative and anti-aging cellular medicine, working with genomics, innovative medicine therapeutics, hormones, peptides, exosomes, stem cells, and regenerative cellular treatments to optimize and reverse aging.

Dr. Swierczewski is the CEO/founder of ExplorerMD and ExplorerMDproductions, a film company, which explored the Blue Zones in Sardinia for health tips and education, as well as other destinations.  Dr. Swierczewski is also the author/illustrator of her first book, a children’s health book, (Rosy & Jojo, An Adventure Through The Human Body).

Dr. Swierczewski’s passion is travel, art and illustration, as well as exploring and learning new health, wellness and medical practices from around the globe to incorporate into her practice.
